Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, or defective, reach out to us at support@shoprelics.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Reach out to us immediately at support@shoprelics.com and we'll do our best to help.
