What's the difference between canvas slim and canvas thick?
Both are printed on the same high-quality canvas material. The difference is the depth of the wooden stretcher bar behind the print. Slim sits closer to the wall for a more understated look, while thick extends further off the wall giving the piece more dimension and presence. Both arrive ready to hang.
What material is the canvas printed on?
The canvas material is a cotton-polyester blend (300-350gsm, 350-400 microns).
How vibrant are the colours in person?
Every print is produced using high-quality printing technology designed to accurately reproduce the tones and detail of the original photograph. That said, colors can appear slightly different depending on your screen's brightness and calibration. If you have questions about a specific print, reach out before ordering.
Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?
Screens vary in brightness and color accuracy, so there may be slight differences in person. We work with a high-quality print provider to ensure the final product is as close to the original photograph as possible.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Next Relic DOES NOT offer custom sizes.
Are these photographs AI generated?
Never. Every photograph in this store was taken on location. Real places, real light, real moments. Nothing here is generated, stock, or licensed from somewhere else.
What sizes work best for a living room wall?
For most living room walls, the 40x50cm (16x20") is the most popular starting point — it has enough presence to anchor a wall without overwhelming the space. If you're working with a large wall or high ceilings, the 60x80cm (24x32") makes a stronger statement.
For smaller spaces like a bedroom or hallway, the 27x35cm (11x14") sits cleanly without feeling crowded. When in doubt, go larger — prints almost always look smaller on a wall than they do on a screen.
Do the prints arrive ready to hang?
Yes they do! Every piece comes with its own Hanging Kit included. Varies by country.
Where are the prints produced?
Every order is produced locally through a network of over 140 production partners across 32 countries. That means your print is produced as close to you as possible, reducing shipping time and the chance of damage in transit.
How long does production take before my order ships?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of being placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally through Gelato's production network across 32 countries. At this time we are unable to ship to the United States. This is due to tariffs & duties. Sign up for our email list to be notified when that changes.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, or defective, reach out to us at support@nextrelicshop.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we're unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. Reach out to us immediately at support@nextrelicshop.com and we'll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Shopify Payments. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
